It's official, after days of trying to clean and free up space on my s22 ultra. It's done, this update has fried my phone so bad that after the 3rd factory reset in a week. My phone got stuck in a boot loop WHILE I was trying to set it up again. 
And when it finally was trying to download the apps it needed for the system.
The One UI home sent error messages anyways.
All my important stuff is saved to my computer and the cloud. But WOW Samsung you really **bleep**ed up this time. 
So much so that I need to operate what I need banking wise and socials on my Walmart employee work phone. I hope other people are having better luck than me rn. But your days are numbered Samsung, we thought you better than this.

Sorry you experienced this.

Have you attempted to do a clean install using Smart Switch via PC? Errors sometimes occur during update installs, and if this is the case, a factory reset alone would not correct the error.

Have you visited a certified Samsung repair center? Doing so will allow a certified technician to fully diagnose the issue and complete any required repairs, whether software or hardware related. If you don't have access to a PC or don't want to do it yourself, a technician can do a clean install for you at a service center. Please be aware this service may require a fee.

I wasn't quite sure how it worked for one.
Two my phone kept crashing before I was able to complete anything.

My wife's Ultra23 had this same issue after installing the upgrade (later in the day). We have spent two days bouncing around to find out that this is a known issue. How do we report to Samsung to not force upgrades? We're out repair costs, hours of trying to find a fix, hours of resetting up her phone.

Were you able to save your data? I am in the same situation with my S23 Ultra a few days after the October security update... Tried clearing cache, flashing firmware via odin (not clearing my data) - still in the loop.
I wouldn't understand why we would have to pay that much out of our own pocket if it's because of the issue their update brought.
