Galaxy S22Anyone can tell me if there is issue with getting updates on this device. My last update says Jan 2024. My phone is factory unlocked. Any help is appreciated. My device has no AI features

Galaxy S22Your carrier is responsible for delivering your updates. Samsung has fulfilled it's contractual obligation and has delivered the update to your carriers.
The fact that you paid $1200 does not mean you will get the updates any faster than anyone else, as that is what we ALL paid. The carrier you chose to activate your device through is not Samsung's responsibility.
