Does anyone have any idea when Google is going to roll out the update for Google messages that allows you to use a wallpaper background from your gallery instead of those nasty pre selected color bubbles for a chat? I thought i heard they were going to release something to that effect early 2026, seeing as how the need to compete with A**ple and they are already doing this.

More importantly, you can actually find your apps on your screen. Between my sister's wallpaper and silly icon pack, I want to scream.
