I have Most of all my stuff encrypted on knox an cant access it i forgot my old pin ive already factory rest the phone, i tried find my phone thing to change the pin but nothing working an i have 2 attempts left before it erases the back up anyone have any ideas?

I read that an option would be to Go to the website Samsung Find My name sure it's the website on a browser, enter password, remote unlock. Always use Samsung brand charger, and again matrix is for many devices... back out of the screen your on if the device will turn on, or press the blue link, Trouble Unlocking?/

Gemini has a lot of outdated information. The ability to remotely unlock your phone no longer exists. Even if it did, it would require the same PIN it's asking for now.
