Encrypted knox recovery help

I have Most of all my stuff encrypted on knox an cant access it i forgot my old pin ive already factory rest the phone, i tried find my phone thing to change the pin but nothing working an i have 2 attempts left before it erases the back up anyone have any ideas?

You used your fingerprint but you had a backup PIN? Or did you have to set a PIN for the Knox protection?  I don't know, because I don't have anything on my phone that is so super secret that it's not protected just by my phone's password protection, and my financial apps have their own protection.  I don't know why someone would encrypt virtually everything on their phone.

Just a tip for the future, though.  Even if you use your fingerprint only as an unlocking tool, have a backup PIN (you never know when/if the fingerprint reader will fail), and if you have an encryption PIN for a secure folder or secure area of your phone, WRITE IT DOWN SOMEWHERE (or at least write a hint to what it is). You will always need it if you have to reset your phone or replace your phone.  If you use a PIN infrequently enough to likely forget it, use the same PIN that you use for something else you use more regularly.  If you are going to reset your phone, change or add a PIN right before you do it, so you will remember it.

Yeah they were all the same pin from what i remember an it the samsung pass/ knox security encrypted everything i didn't ever try an put it on always avoided it idk what happen it sux tho

What phone did you have before this? If you bought this recently i would think the place you bought it from is trying to get your account and give you a debt. Did you figure it out yet?

Ivee had this phone almost a year now an no i have not figured it out yet still trying an samsung support juss keeps popcorning me around everwhere

Are you using cellular or wifi? Why don't you call your phone company? Seems like the phone won't respond like it keeps tripping the connection could that be possible you think?

Everything thing work fine with the phone juss samsung pass, secure folder, an almost anything with the finger print scanner involved also they told me to call samsung that lead to like three days of juss gett put to random departments

What app or whare are you pressing to get this screen?

Try this but read carefully, as I'm reading Samsung has no control over personal encryption as it stays with you. if someone is messing with your phone, that's illegal and forensics can read logs and find out etc. Are you safe? that's what matters, forget the phone just give it more thought and time as i really don't want a privacy breach to occur to protect Samsung and yourself.

Do you have it as a work device or any business info on it as your work admin may have disabled something. If your carrier tells you to call Samsung, no fret, as nothing is perfect and if you can use this app, you're all good. This is a very niche app i think.
