Galaxy S22I was looking into doing what another user suggested, using Samsung Odin and SamFW. However, I was afraid of messing something up, so I decided to research more about it. That’s when I came across some information about Knox and learned that if it gets violated, it can burn the motherboard. I immediately associated this with what happened to several S22 devices that had their motherboards fried.
I’m not sure if this is the case—it’s just a theory I came up with. If anyone here knows more about the issue, feel free to correct me.
I was planning to use Smart Switch on an S25. My phone just came back from repair a day ago, but when I received it, it was stuck in a boot loop. Fortunately, it entered safe mode, and so far, it hasn’t frozen again. However, I’m afraid that if I exit safe mode and reset the phone, the boot loop might return.
I have three main questions:
Could it really have been something related to Knox that caused multiple S22 devices to burn out?
My phone turns on and off (though sometimes it freezes and reboots after the update). It has no physical damage or cracks. Would Smart Switch work without issues?
Could using Samsung Odin and SamFW be a solution? I’m just worried about triggering Knox.

Galaxy S22"it can burn the motherboard" I highly doubt that it's possible to just "burn it", a software can't burn a hardware because the hardware will shut itself before it.
What have they repaired on your phone in the service? Motherboard replacement?

Galaxy S22Hello ayush0963, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the issues you have experienced with the S22. The community operates on a peer-to-peer support model. Our members offer valuable insights and assistance. However, the questions you are asking would be better addressed by an authorized service technician.
This forum does not support the flashing of software. You will need to look elsewhere for that information.
We are sorry to hear you are still having issues after a repair. The repairs carry a 30-day warranty for that reason. If the phone is working normally while in Safe Mode, that is an indication there is a third-party app causing the issue.
Our best guess, if your phone is having software issues, using Smart Switch to transfer the data will transfer the issues from one phone to the next. We recommend following up with the repair center.
