Can someone tell me if my Sim tray slot is supposed to have 2 Sim Slot or just a Single?

I have a samsung S22 ultra 5 g. It works perfect. I could of swore I had duel Sims tray. Today I checked and it's a single one. I bought it in America when it first came out and model# SM-G998U.  Can someone tell me if my Sim tray slot is suposed to have 2 Sim Slot or just a Single?

I believe the USA versions have a physical Sim and an e-Sim, international versions have two physical Sims.

Are the tray slots dual sided? My s23u has a dual sided sim tray and 2 esim spots so I could run one of each or 2 of each

I guess there is a differance. But I tell you what my s21 ultra 5g still functions likes it's new except for the memory geting full lol 😆 😂

Nothing wrong with that, my son has an s21+ and has absolutely no issues what so ever with it
