Internet connection problems

I have a good network and enough gigabytes per month, but I still can't get more than 2mbit with my cell phone. I've also used my girlfriend's SIM card and got the same result. My SIM card on her cell phone works normally though 🤷 what a weird problem! Any ideas? I also reset the internet settings. And Turn it on and off

Did you contact your carrier? What did they say?

In data usage settings have you inadvertently set a data warning and a data limit. Because that will stop data usage if it is capped at 2mbs
