My Samsung galaxy s21 phone battery is like buldging. I can get it to charge if I plug it in to 39 then it'll stop and go back to zeroI can get it to charge if I plug it in to 39 then it'll stop and go back to zero then go back up to 39 but it will not turn on for more than a second it'll get itself to the lock screen and then it shuts right back off. What can I do to fix it? If I no longer have proof of purchase because I bought it when it first came out.

If the battery is bulging, I would recommend not using it. You can take it to a repair center and have the battery replaced.

...and do it soon! A bulging battery can be a fire risk. Get it replaced or stop using that phone!

You likely need a new battery. It is NOT safe to charge a bulging Li-Ion battery (or one that gets hot unnecessarily, or while charging). Of course by now, the GS21 Series is 4 years old, so I'd consider an upgrade... it may be less expensive than having the battery replaced.
