I'm confused what do you mean. The internal storage can't be upgraded unless its sent to a phone store that does that stuff.

Not sure how you think that can be done. Internal storage is fixed. Think of it like a computer hard drive. Can't be upgraded without being replaced.

I think you might be thinking of cloud storage. For example, you can get more Google Drive space by paying for it.

@userLW90K2P9gx You can't upgrade the internal storage on an iPad. What you are referring to is the ability to purchase more iCloud data cloud storage space.
