Galaxy S21 option to turn on Caller ID with Spam Protection

I recently purchased the galaxy s21 and noticed I couldn't find the option to turn on caller id with spam protection, I can find it anywhere

The option is there, unless you have a vendor locked phone who has disabled that feature (see screenshot)

I have Verizon, I guess they disabled that feature

Those services are provided by your service provider. Verizon offers this
