Why dose my s21 fe not getting anymore updates I know it is an outdated phone but after the android 13 update that is it.

Galaxy S21If I recall, anything prior to the S24 had only 3 years of updates. An S21 is beyond the 3 years, so no more updates.

How can l get help with my S21fe? Earlier today everything was fine. My phone was in & out of my purse a couple of times, but now l have no screens with my aps unless l swipe up & then l can only get a few of them ,& l didn't even do anything to change it. & l refuse to pay for help with all the money l am paying for the phone! Can you help please? I have already shut phone down & restart twice.

Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button, choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution.
