Galaxy S PhonesHi everyone.
I am trying to connect my S10 with Samsung DEX that was installed on my laptop with Windows 10.
The error that I have received was my USB doesnāt recognize.
I re-install the usb Samsung driver many times, but I havenāt success.
When I am using "Smart Switch", I donāt have any problems.
Tks.

Galaxy S PhonesI had the exact same problem with my S10. On my PC (Windows 7) I brought up device manager and Uninstalled the Samsung Mobile USB Modem driver under Modems. I did this with the phone still connected. The driver reinstalled itself immediately and the Dex app started working.
