HELP! UI issue

I just got my new phone in September 2025. Yesterday this popped up. How come and how do I fix it. My video froze and I had to try to shut my phone off multi times before it worked. Plus its laggy. 😭ḥb

Did it happen once, or is it repeatedly or constantly happening?  Once, I wouldn't worry about, it happens sometimes if something else is interfering.  Wipe the phone's cache partition.

It happened yesterday when I hit the back arrow on the video and the music from second video was playing on first video with first video sound and I tried to close it and it wouldn't close the app and I hit the off button on side of phonr but it refused to turn off. Then that system UI showed up. So a friend suggested I restart it and I did. It was fine until I woke up and got on Monopoly Go and it showed up again and I hit the button to close it button on the UI box and it closed and reopened Monopoly Go by itself. It hasn't came back. I removed some new apps in case it was that.

Theres a samsung account app issue that's similar might be same issue
