HELP! UI issue

I just got my new phone in September 2025. Yesterday this popped up. How come and how do I fix it. My video froze and I had to try to shut my phone off multi times before it worked. Plus its laggy. 😭ḥb

Relax, I'm sure your phone is not fake.  Some people just like to upset other people, especially when they have no help to offer.

As I said earlier, the UI stopping can happen on occasion (hopefully, not often) because something is interfering with the operation of the UI.  Could be a recently installed app, could be too many things running in the background.  If you have never wiped the phone's cache partition, it wouldn't hurt to do it now.  If you recently had an update applied to the phone, some of your older apps may not have yet been updated to be compatible and could cause this error.

Oh thank you so much. Yes I had some running in the background and plus the update and new apps. Im so glad it hasn't happened again. I was scared because my other old phone did that constantly and I was afraid this one was going to mess up to and have it fixed. Your suggestions helped. Thank you💚. Merry Christmas 🌲
