I think the ability to disable auto-connect for specific Bluetooth devices would be useful. I prefer to keep it on for other devices I want to have connect on their own, but sometimes other devices I have paired tend to connect to my phone (like my car) when I don't need them to.
Adding on, this could have potential for bixby routines.
