Right now, Modes & Routines, Separate App Sound, and Bluetooth settings all function in their own bubbles instead of integrating smoothly. If Samsung improved that, you'd only need one simple setting, not multiple workarounds for everyday use.
Honestly, it feels like they gave us half the solution but didn't think through how users actually need it to work.
For instance, I should be able to create a Routine to toggle separate app sound (which i have always on..as another workaround) off when needed but currently when you try to select separate app sound as a condition for a Routine your forced to select an app and audio device (as if it isn't already in use).
An even easier solution would be the ability to set default audio behavior per Bluetooth device.
Maybe have a place for exception devices within separate app sound, this would also take care of the issue. But I think an overhaul of Modes & Routines should be a prime focus in the newest Flagships for 2026. Oh and please don't market all of the AI you add in to get it to work. AI shouldn't be the game, the game works better because of AI.
