It's been over 2 months since my camera has worked (occasionally I can take one photo in selfie mode before it stops working again). I posted about it before but Samsung deleted my post. There's still no resolution and I've tried everything: clear cache, clear data, both app and phone are updated, soft reset, factory reset, ran a diagnostic that said something was wrong with both cameras and I still have no solution. Any ideas?
The app will usually open, but it's black, and sometimes I'll have the option to change settings, but once I actually click anything, it freezes and closes the app. The few times the selfie option worked was when I long pressed the app and clicked take selfie, but even that isn't a guarantee
Did you grant another app permission for your camera? This happened to me once but I'm glad it did.. sorry, didn't get your reply notification. Had to revisit this.
