Hi everyone, how are you? I've been reading a lot of PDFs using Samsung Notes, but I like to take notes on separate pages as a way of summarizing what I read. Is there a way I can use Notes both to read and take notes? Without writing directly on the PDF? Or do I have to read the PDF in a different app and take notes in Notes.

You can do both in Samsung Notes without having to switch apps. When you open a PDF in Notes, you don’t have to write directly on the file itself — you can add blank pages before or after the PDF pages and use those for your summaries. That way, you can scroll through the PDF to read, then flip to your own pages in the same document to take notes. It keeps everything organized in one file instead of juggling two different apps.

It is one of the features that I like about my new Z Fold 7, I can have a document or webpage on one side of the inside screen and have OneNote or Samsung Notes open on the other half. Just awesome. If you can afford it, I'd consider a Fold next time you upgrade.
