Hello, Screen burn in is very disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not covered under the warranty.
You can check the Play Store for third-party apps that help the appearance of the screen burn.
However, to completely correct the issue, it does require service. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Galaxy Note PhonesMy note 8 just started exhibiting screen burn-in last month.
It's like c'mon Samsung, these products are pushing $800-1000 plus!
Support is hit or miss for the most part.
