SECURITY UPDATE FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 20 ULTRA

Does anyone know if the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is still getting security updates ????? My phone is asking for a update , but when I try to update it , I get a connecting to server , registration failed message. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

Oh. So THAT might be the reason I keep getting the connecting to server , registration failed message. I DON'T THINK that I registered my phone with Samsung. How do you do that ????

When you set up your phone did you sign into your Samsung account?

Getting software updates has nothing to do with your Samsung account

The way AI and companies like Samsung keep track who are the owners of their products. You should be able to contact Samsung and still register your phone. Google their contact information and give them a call. Be proud that you own a very reliable high-end phone. If you can take the phone to a Samsung store that sells and offers tech support for free. Do you know how to get your imei and other phone information from the settings menu? FYI - go to settings and scroll down to " about phone" and the serial number and the imei information is found there. Blessings
