So.... LoL let's just forget about what this is a picture of. Okay? Amazon asks for pictures sometimes now ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ But, why do my pics with flash always show up like this? Like, overexposed?

Used the flash on my phone when I took a pic and it came out overexposed or something..

It's not the case. I don't have a case over my camera. It's been taking pictures like this from day one.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20, bought it a couple years ago maybe, but when I purchased it, it was still doing this before any screen protectors or cases. I thought it was a setting or something but nothing in the options helps. I don't have a case over the phone, screen protector is clear and this only happens with flash.

I had a silver note 20u that did the same i think the camera bump was too separated from the camera it self that made flash photos looked like the one you posted
