When there is an incoming call, my phone does not show incoming number, but show "No name available".

What should I fix it?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of not being able to see who is calling. 

Do you have the Smart Call feature enabled? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088083/

You can try toggling the feature off and on.

Another recommended step is to clear the cache of the phone app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/ We recommend restarting the phone after this step.

If you continue to receive the "No name available" when receiving a call, we recommend reaching out to your service provider, as they are responsible for this service.

Same issue here ZFold 4. After latest update this morning I get this message. Anyone knows how to fix?

Galaxy S9+ too. It started yesterday.

 

Next to the number, SMART appears. Before, only in some cases did this appear.

Estou tendo problemas com o meu s21FE desde Última atualização,Sites que eu acessava normalmente não estou tendo acesso,a visualização é download de PDF com falhas,lista de chamada sem os nomes salvos que estavam posteriormente aparecem" no name avaliado",sem falar em diversos bugs que estão ocorrendo ao longo do tempo.Eu uso o smartphone como meio de trabalho preciso que isso seja corrigido imediatamente.
