hello Support,

im using a note 10 plus but when dialling or calling it mention "no sim card registered. i have gone through youtube but not fixing my issue what can be really the issue?

You need to contact your carrier to verify that your SIM card is correctly registered on their network,

the sim are working perfectly in other phones but when inserting in that last one it mention sim not registered on the network. i plan to change the network card and see.

You can try opening your Settings menu and selecting About your phone, then select Reset Mobile Data settings. This will result in resetting your mobile data settings and then reboot your phone to verify that it's registered correctly

i have done all this step, but still and also displaying emergency call only.

@Lazbig FYI, Dual sim models are not technically Samsung US models and therefore Samsung US support could be limited.
