Note 20 ultra no more updated software

Why does my software update says interrupted try within 24 hrs. It won't allow me to update my software to the latest software. Please help

Note 20 ultra has no more software support but that messege should not be there

I don't have the latest software and it won't let me download it cuz it's giving me an interruption error

My phone is an att unlock phone and boost mobile is my carrier

In my experience att is one of the worst when dealing with updates.

Yeah they won't help me at all
