Galaxy Note PhonesHello, fellow Samsung users,
I am a long-time user of the Galaxy Note20 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S7+. These two devices have accompanied me for many years, bringing great convenience and satisfaction to both my work and daily life.
However, lately the system has become increasingly frustrating to use — outdated features and increased battery drain have made the experience difficult. Although I learned some time ago that Samsung has officially confirmed these two devices will remain on One UI 5.1 (Android 13) and will not receive the One UI 6.0 update, I am deeply disappointed.
The Note20 Ultra and Tab S7+ were top-tier flagships of their time, and their hardware is still powerful enough to run One UI 6.0.
There are still a large number of active users worldwide using these devices, and our needs and voices should not be ignored.
Extending software support would not only improve the user experience but also demonstrate Samsung’s commitment to its loyal customers.
I believe Samsung should listen to its users and re-evaluate the possibility of pushing One UI 6.0 to these two devices.
📢 I hereby call on all fellow Note20 Ultra and Tab S7+ users: ❗❗❗
Post your demands on forums, social media, and the Samsung Members community
Send feedback emails to Samsung customer service, the CEO’s official email, and regional offices
Let more people know that our devices are still worth supporting
Only when our voices are loud enough will the company take them seriously.
If you agree, please leave a comment below and share this post with more users so our demands can be heard!

This is my first post in the Samsung Members community — and it might be my last.
If there is no One UI 6.0 update in the future, I will not consider Samsung for my next full set of devices.
Thanks to the staff who have contributed to system updates — thank you!

Galaxy Note PhonesI am in full agreement with the above post. These devices have our lives on them. My Note 20 is irreplaceable. Why not put out the updates? To be perfectly honest, I'm 73 and I simply do not wish to learn a new phone -- as much as I have enjoyed and depended on my Samsung Note phones for many years now -- I will not purchase another unless Samsung agrees to provide the updates for all the Note 20 users and Dir as long as these phones continue to be used.
Everyone who feels the same is welcome to share my post as well as the one above!
