Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and after 6gbs worth of updates my Wi-Fi/Bluetooth won't work

My wifi/Bluetooth card won't work, I've done as much troubleshooting as I can, but the only networking I can get to work is my Sim card, which sucks as I live In the mountains, so I barely have signal to begin with.

Reset WiFi and BT settings under settings > general management > reset. You'll have to re-enter WiFi credentials and reconnect BT devices.

If that doesn't work, run diagnostics in Device Care to see if there's a potential hardware problem.

Sorry, I've tried, and I can't get diagnostics to work as it requests for me to turn on the wifi & Bluetooth to do the check, but that's literally those are the things that won't turn on.

Try to restart your phone, if it's still having a problem, you could reset your network settings

I've even factory restarted my phone, and still nothing.

Did you have try reset your wifi and Bluetooth settings?
