I got a Note 10 Plus from my dad but the Spen won't connect and I'm thinking that the pen isn't the original one. How do I know if it's a genuine spen?
Itās kinda hard to tell if it doesnāt work since replicas look identical to the original one. I would suggest purchasing one from a well known store.

Or maybe, considering the Note 10 Plus has not had a security update in over 2 years, and any Android system updates in over 3 years, maybe it's nearing its end of life and that could be the problem?
No, it doesn't work is new because the S Pen doesn't work. So is it an S-Pen problem, or is it a phone problem? My original answer still holds, the phone is so outdated that it's probably starting to lose functionality.
