How can I tell if my new Note 20 Ultra is fully charged?

How do you know when phone is fully charged? I do not see any indicator light turning red to Blue.

The battery percentage will say 100%. 

If the screen is off, you will see charging status at the bottom of the screen ... unless you turn it off.

So if the phone is off there is no light indicator to let you know to disconnect the charger?

There is no LED indicator that shows solid red for charging and solid green for fully charged. Thats been taking away but as others have stated there's an indicator at the bottom of the screen unless you have turned it off.  To turn it on go to settings > display > show charging information
