My Dad is 93 and has very limited Tech Skills at this point. All day long his phone has been announcing
:"It's time to charge your phone."
I had plugged it into a Super Fast Charger and it was up at 100 percent not more than 20 minutes ago so there's no way it is at critically low battery.
@TigerTanaka This is not something that normally your phone announces. Did he create a routine to do this in phone settings -> Modes and Routines? You can visit there to see if such a routine exists.
Otherwise, he has installed some 3rd party software which is causing this.
