Galaxy BudsHi, i have an Galaxy Buds +, my case not charging ,no Red light nothing hapen, in apps showing my case have 0% battery when i Connect cable, i see IT s charging earbuds but the case not,

Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this is. Are you using the original charging cable that came with the earbuds? If you are using the original cable, have tried different cables and different outlets, and the charging cradle will still not charge the Buds and the Cradle will need to be serviced. Galaxy Buds@danwoo I know this is frustrating. If you have verified you are using a working charging cable and outlet, then the Buds and Charging Cradle will need to be serviced. I'll be happy to look into the service options for the Buds. Please send a private message with the model code and the serial number from the bottom of the charging cradle. http://bit.ly/2XERsky
