Is there any plans from samsung to provide multipoint support for buds 3/3 pro?  Seamless only working with Samsung devices really doesn't make sence with everything else customers connect Bluetooth with.  I have a work computer and can't download a samsung app so working with windows alone is unavoidable and very disappointing it has to be apart of samsung's ecosystem.  To quote another user "samsung is copying apple in the worst possible ways"  and it really shows with the buds 3.

Reposting this from the last generation of buds.

I am unable to pair Buds3 pro to my Windows 11 work laptop. Pressing the pairing button on the case does not seem to put it in pairing mode. What can I do to pair it?

Also, Unable to use the Buds Windows app as this is a work laptop.

You need to disconnect the existing connected device and start the pairing process again.

This is a pretty standard function on all the other buds, even the inexpensive ones. I bought the buds 3 pro and the fact that I have to manually disconnect from my phone to reconnect on my work laptop running windows 11 is absolutely brain dead.  I had cheap Chinese headphones from gas station that had this function, but my
+$200 Samsung buds 3 pro can't do that? This is legitimately my biggest issue with these.

Dear Samsung,

Please enable the dual connection support in the Buds 3 Pro via software update. It's very much useful. I have been using it with my Oneplus buds 3. Even though articles mention that it has multipoint connectivity and can connect with any device at one time by clicking connect, it's still a bit of hassle. While dual connectivity gives the seamless connectivity for two devices at same time and it switches automatically for calls without having to connect to that device. I hope you will do it in near future.
