Galaxy BudsI am super frustrated! The buds stop playing really often. I have checked and rechecked fit and settings. Auto- pause is off, voice commands are off.
I have reset them twice. I've changed the tips, but then the fit check tells me to change them back.
Sometimes they stop when I am not even moving. Sometimes it is when I lean down, sometimes when I turn my head, and sometimes when I'm walking. It is so frequent that that I am using my Buds 2 Pro more often.
Please help!

Have you verified the Bluetooth is not disconnecting causing the earbuds to pause?
Have you verified the apps are not stopping causing the audio to pause?
We see that you have reset the earbuds with no change, as well as tested the fit of the Buds.
We recommend submitting an error report through the Wearables app to provide the data to developers: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
We also recommend having the earbuds evaluated by an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
