I have both Buds fully charged.  The Right Bud works great.  The Left will only receive sound if I bring the Right bud close to it or if I bring my phone close to it.  Is there a fix?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your left bud only receiving sound when in proximity of your right bud or phone. I would be happy to look into this further for you.

First, I would recommend looking at the wearables app (if connected to Samsung/Android phone) To see if your left bud is showing as connected, if it does you may just simply need to check the equalizer and balance settings to make sure sound settings are not set to just a single side.

If you’re just using your buds as a Bluetooth device, I would recommend resetting your network settings. Please know this will remove any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi networks on your phone or device. Please note as sometimes compatibility in software can cause conflict. If you are using Android 12, I would recommend making sure the software is up to date on your Galaxy wearables app to allow your buds to function at their fullest potential.

As a basic troubleshooting step, I would also recommend resetting your Galaxy buds. This will take your device back to factory default settings. This can also help if you are experiencing minor problems like the earbuds being unresponsive. Give this link a try for steps to reset your Galaxy buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/

If you have tried resetting your buds and the other troubleshooting steps here, the next step would be a service repair.
