I'm having a problem with my Galaxy Buds 2. I cannot get my Buds2, the wear app & the galaxy Buds 2 manager to sync correctly & work together. It all started when I couldn't change the buds noise ambience. I can't get the Wear app to recognize my buds as an option. The Bluetooth works fine on my phone. How do I get them to work together?

@user9GlnSkWkJQ Is your phone using UI 8? If so, the buds no longer appear in the Wearable app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10007054/

Thank you. I am running on One UI 8 and that explains a lot. I used to be able to change between nose canceling & ambient noise in the wearable app, but am unable to do that in Bluetooth. The buds 2 have that capability, any help you can offer, would be appreciated.

I cannot access the setting up the controls for my buds 2 by tapping on it... it will not open for me. 1767031199261.jpg

@user9GlnSkWkJQ I have no problem seeing the slider in the settings for my Buds 2. 

Have you tried resetting the buds? Place the buds in the case, open the lid, and hold both earbud touchpads for about 10 seconds until the light flashes colors, then close and reopen the case to enter pairing mode for quick reconnection.

I followed your instructions, re-paired the buds to my phone & I still cannot get the Set up your Earbuds tab to open. Something's broken.
