I have a new pair of Galaxy Buds Pro that wont connect to the Wearable app. I tried everything. I need assistance

@usern3uKFhXY7i I understand how frustrating this is. Unfortunately, if the Buds are not connecting to the Wearables app, they will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
