After the latest update to the Galaxy buds 3 pro the bluetooth connection has become very unstable. As soon as I move in the right way with the phone in my pocket the audio will stop. After doing an awkward fidget dance they will reconnect and the audio will do this weird fast forward to catch up to where I am in the podcast. It does this constantly whenever I have my phone in my pocket. As soon as I take my phone out of my pocket, perfect connection, no issues. These are almost $200 earbuds Samsung. This is unacceptable. At this point I may switch to Raycon. Can't listen to my podcasts without them pausing every couple seconds. It's hilarious that the update that broke the connection on these headphones claimed to "improve Bluetooth stability." You did the opposite of what you claimed Samsung!

You need to run the Bluetooth diagnostics on your phone. Where is the pocket you habitually carry your phone in? Is it possibly metallically lined, preventing good connectivity between your phone and the buds?

It's my right front pants pocket. I don't wear metal pants.....

Ran the test twice. Results come back as normal. This literally all started after a Galaxy buds update.

Hello TonyRednil, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the audio to stop.

Try turning off the seamless earbud connection setting.

This article provides several troubleshooting steps, such as checking how the Buds are seated in your ears and making sure they are updated. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208805/

If you continue to experience the frequent disconnects, we recommend having the Buds serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
