Galaxy Buds@user9GlnSkWkJQ I have no problem seeing the slider in the settings for my Buds 2.
Have you tried resetting the buds? Place the buds in the case, open the lid, and hold both earbud touchpads for about 10 seconds until the light flashes colors, then close and reopen the case to enter pairing mode for quick reconnection.
