I have a galaxy buds 3 pro. Out of the blue, the left earpod stopped working and the case does not sync with the earpod any longer.

I've done the factory reset, unpaired & paired it, but no luck.
Any suggestions to fix this issue or just get a new pair? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out, Guzzi22. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy Buds 3 pro not pairing on one bud only. As the troubleshooting steps were already provided by the OP, I would recommend a service repair.

Are you able to see the charge level of the left earbud in the Galaxy Buds3 Pro app on your phone? If you have both earbuds in the case and open the case, you should see the three charge levels, each earbud plus the case's charge level. You should also run the earbud diagnostics also available in the app and if any problems are found, open the Support area here in the Members app and send feedback to Samsung tech support describing your problem.

No, I don't see the charge level for the left earbud. It doesn't show up when it's in the case... I'll try running the diagnostic to see if that'll work. Thanks for the feedback.

You're welcome. If your left earbud is defective, you should send feedback to Samsung to see what they will do for you to get the problem resolved.
