I have a Z Fold 4, buds 3 pro, and watch ultra. I have tried everything. Connecting and disconnecting, and nothing works. I can hear music, but when I try to call anyone, the buds will NOT work! I am getting so frustrated and it has almost caused me to get into a high speed car accident! Anyone know what to do?

Maybe see if calls toggle button is on under settings, connections, Bluetooth, Galaxy Pro3. I think this should automatically turn on unless ther is something else being used for call audio already.

There is also something under app permissions manager that shows what apps are allowed to use the phone. Make sure that the Pro 3 have permission

Hello Benten17, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to hear calls when using your earbuds.

It sounds like the audio may be trying to play on another connected device. On the phone, go to your Bluetooth settings, tap the gear next to the Watch connection and toggle off Calls. Then test to see if you can hear the calls using the earbuds.

Let us know if this helps.

Also, if you were in your car and the phone was connected to your car's Bluetooth, the car will take priority for calls, and you don't need the buds in use while you are driving.  In many states it's illegal anyway to have buds in both ears or headphones on while driving.
