Galaxy BudsHello Benten17, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to hear calls when using your earbuds.
It sounds like the audio may be trying to play on another connected device. On the phone, go to your Bluetooth settings, tap the gear next to the Watch connection and toggle off Calls. Then test to see if you can hear the calls using the earbuds.
Let us know if this helps.

Galaxy BudsAlso, if you were in your car and the phone was connected to your car's Bluetooth, the car will take priority for calls, and you don't need the buds in use while you are driving. In many states it's illegal anyway to have buds in both ears or headphones on while driving.
