Has anyone else experienced such poor communication and support by Samsung?

My pre-order from a month ago shows no updates and the phone rep told me to just cancel and reorder.

I picked up buds 3 pro from Samsung Experience Store and turned out to be defective (sharp buzz on one side and anc error) and store rep advised to call customer service since no replacement was available and guess what? They told me I am using it wrong. 

Samsung, you are no longer getting my business. Your communication level is on par with a third-world country scam.

Hi all, I'm curious if anyone else is on the same boat as me. I ordered the buds 3 pro thru samsung and gonna pick them up at best buy. Now the estimated pick up date is August 23rd. Will they be ready for pick up on August 23rd or that's just the general date? I haven't gotten another update since August 12th.

They are normally ready on the pickup date that is provided you should receive a email from best buy and Samsung saying they are ready for pickup I always start calling my Best Buy in the morning of pickup to make sure they will be ready

They will send you an email when the Buds are ready to be picked up.

My last update was August 9th, with the 23rd as a pick-up date. I'm ready for hi fi!!!

:fire::fire::fire: I was a Note (and later the plus) junkie every two years and jumped on the folding train with the 3 and waited for the 6, and I'm never going back, lol.
