Fold & Flip PhonesHello gopii, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with not being able to unlock the phone.
Have you tried to force restart the phone? Steps are in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001470/
You can also try rebooting into Safe Mode to see if an app is causing the matter: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If you are still unable to access the phone, we recommend having a service technician take a look at the phone.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
