Z fold 7 no sound in car while it says connected with bluetooth

I suddenly have no sound in car speakers when in a call. Only hearing on the Phone itselfs

the same for me I can have calls over Bluetooth but no media works sometimes and most of times does not work

forgot to mention it is fold Z7  I have, and I have been spending many hours but no luck

I have also Z3 and did not have this issue on fold z3

I have the same problem.  It seems to happen in all rental cars.  My previous S23 and S24 work perfectly.  In the Fold 7, Android Auto works (can see maps, play Spotify) but can't call any number (sound comes only from the phone) or answer including any VOIP calls like WhatsApp and so on.  Very disturbing since you can't use the car time to talk on the phone at all.  Please help.
