I can't connect my BTR15 to my Fold 6, and when I can, it disconnects as soon as I play music. I've tried basically everything: restarts, safe mode, developer settings, and changing the Bluetooth codec. I've yet to get it to work with my Samsung; however, it does work with my Apple and Windows PC. I would appreciate any help. Have a nice day.
A few more notes:
It switches codecs before it disconnects; I can see this on my DAC screen.
This only happens when music is playing.
It's never stable and disconnects even if I don't have music playing after a while.
I am having Bluetooth issues with a Z-Fold 5 too. I am on a second phone. On both phones Bluetooth would drop connection and reconnect. Then after the initial issue the problems got worse and Bluetooth won't turn on at all.
The issue seemed to occur after installing OneUI 8.
For how much these phones cost Bluetooth should work without me having to spend hours researching solutions online. There is no dedicated support line or store I can go to for assistance that I am aware of.
I may have to switch to the Pixel Fold or even an iPhone. So glad the headphone jack was removed too!
