When can I except a response for my ticket once its under review?

You put in an error report, got an acknowledgement of submission and now it's status says "under review". That's because they are reviewing your logs, and the logs of others who may have put in error reports for the same issue.  You think reading 1000s of lines of log x however many logs they have to read to find the common denominator for the error is easy?  It's not.  How long has it been since you sent your report - typically two to 3 weeks for an actual response is the norm.  Some things take longer than others, especially if other issues take priority.  Sometimes you don't actually even get a response, just a quietly pushed fix to your device.  You may get a message that the ticket was closed because the cause of the problem was found and a fix was issued, or there is something you have to do to complete the fix.

All fair points. Another valid point is a phone that costs thousands of dollars seems to be having global issues with Bluetooth after Samsung pushed the OneUI 8 update. I've already spent upwards of 15 hours researching and trying solutions. Samsung should offer replacement devices or at the very least timely responses to issues reported.

I wouldn't call it global. Neither I, nor anyone I know, is having an issue with connectivity after the update. Millions of users got the update, millions of users don't have the issue. A couple of hundred or even a couple of thousand of users having issues is a small percentage. That does not mean its not annoying or problematic for those that are experiencing it.

I put in reports on mine back in October, was told to bring it in to repair center. It started working briefly after the last update, and now im back to no Bluetooth or wifi again. Fold5. Literally ran out of warranty the week before it acted up.
But hey, we know it's software, so now we just hope they find the code that solves it before I jump ship to a different brand or I get too comfortable with the work iPhone. 1765841984806.jpg

I've had this same issue with Bluetooth and WiFi breaking on two Z-Fold 5s. What is Samsung doing? Other phone manufacturers don't seem to have this issue.
