Phone camera is horrible, the audio output is the worst yet, the open screen is lumpy and touch screen goes hay wire opening apps and creating nonsense causing issues for me. Customer service has done little to nothing in returns or warranty.
Anything else? This is a peer-to-peer user help forum. Is there anything that other users can help you with? Otherwise, your complaint is not being seen by "Samsung". You can post feedback through the feedback link in the support tab of the members app. You can post a review on the Samsung website (or any other review site).

Any case in your price range that you like will protect your phone. I personally use the cheapest silicone cases and have never had a problem. They last forever. and provide a nice cushion.

If you want to contact Samsung support, you can call 1-800-SAMSUNG or go to Samsung.com and click any any "contact us" link, or go to the support tab of the Members app and find the contact options. What do you mean by emails? Using the email app or sending emails to Samsung?
