Trade-in, Order, Preorders, and Shipping for Fold 7/Flip 7

Is it a way to pre-order the ultra ( Z fold 7) by trading the S25/ ultra? I only see the option of S24/ ultra only. Just wondering if anyone who wanted to trade in the S25/ ultra will be able to have the deal as well.

I did. Clicked cancel and everything waited a day or two and it was still showing. Then I contacted them and they said they can't cancel it i would have to refuse the delivery.

Honestly, you got a fantastic deal as it is. It wasn't wrong to ask, but they said no. If you're really that upset, refuse delivery and buy a different phone from another maker. Is it really worth the $100?

I wouldnt be as upset if they wouldnt have said yes we can do a refund twice, then turn around the next day and say sorry someone else said no. Especially with their price promise thing. Plus I'd love to have an extra $100 in my pocket

Just my 2 cents but the promotion wasn't available when you did it first time so you can cancel first order get that refunded and do the promotion
