Fold 6 here. Some apps are not showing their notifications as a pop up when my screen is being used. All notifications are enabled. Phone is up to date. Apps with the problem were uninstalled and re-installed. Cache and data was cleared (including system partition). Battery saver is off. What's going on?? Thanks.
I found a solution. Go to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings and enable "Manage notification categories for each app"
Then go to apps, find the app that is not displaying notifications correctly, and long tap the app icon until a menu pops up. Click the "i" to go to app info. Click "Notifications." Click "Notification Categories." Then click on the wordage of each notification category. You will then see the setting for "Show as pop-up"and ensure that is toggled on. This was the solution to my problem, and I hope it works for you as well!
