My wife has a new z fold 7. When folder it doesn't show notifications, this is a particular problem with incoming voice and WhatsApp calls. The phone rings but there is no option to answer the call. The screen is blank.

To help resolve the problem you're experiencing, have you tried performing a force restart on your device? This can often resolve temporary software glitches. To do so, press and hold both the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for approximately 15 to 30 seconds, or until the device restarts.
